  First the positives. Hotel is near to NEC , very convenient. Unfortunately lots of negatives... 1) Parking at rear of hotel allowed me to take a ticket even though no spaces were available... Employee suggested I use the remaining disabled spot! 2) Speed of service in restaurant was abysmal, quality of food, especially breakfast was very poor. My nephew asked for a straw twice but never received it. 3) Twin room ended up being a double even though twin was requested. Could not change as no spaces were available. I would only use again as a last resort. You get what you pay for as they say....
