  When ordering the vehicle the staff were very helpful although I felt, as a new customer it would have been helpful for them to explain about checking the vehicle. After the vehicle was collected from the house and returned to the company, I was told that there was damage and told to pay £480 for repairs as the excess was £500. I was told this was for a dint on the bonnet and light scratches to the bumper and was informed that they would be pursuing court action if I did not pay within a week. It wasn't until I was able to see both my copy and the carbon copy on the collection and delivery notes that I realised it had been altered after it had been signed. This would have been clear on the carbon copy but they still pursued payment. My advice is make sure you take photos on delivery and collection of the vehicle and also double check any paperwork. I will not be using this company again based on the customer service when dealing with this matter.
