  personally I'd avoid this company !! aint hindsight a wonderful thing !! Eskra sofas bought at the end of March,contacted seller a week later telling them 1 of the sofa backs wouldn't sit in place properly,sent pics via ebay,ebay can't get involved as the company sent me an invoice,so it's out of ebays hands,after lots of messaging,mostly from me a technician was sent out, he verified a dodgy bracket and said a replacement would be ordered, 2 weeks later still no replacement bracket !! The sofas come from abroad,China ?? who knows, but, they are shipped in via cargo ships. I am still waiting for a response regarding the new bracket,still using a sofa which is NOT in the perfect condition it should have been in !! Messages not replied to, no contact from them in days !! Yes, the sofas are cheap, you get what you pay for I suppose,but,had I known the customer service was this poor and that the quality was well,debatable, I'd have gone to Argos where I got my last recliners for less and they lasted me 8 years and have been passed on to someone else !! I don;t see these Eskra sofas lasting me 2 years,very unhappy to say the least,take your money elsewhere would be my advice !!
