  I was surprised by this place. I arrived for an open mic night in their lounge / function room. It's clearly been recently refurbished and is a big open high ceilinged and modern space suitable for all kinds of events. The bar staff are friendly and quick to serve you and I had a great night listening to the live music and drinking.
  I only glimpsed the other rooms, but there's a pool table and a bar area too. I'll happily be back and this time bring a few friends. Only criticism is that it was quite quiet, which was a shame for the musicians who were great.
