  I wasn't sure what to expect from the class but thought it would be good to do some gentle exercise whilst pregnant. I am so grateful to Paula, who fully prepared me both mentally and physically for my pregnancy and labour. I was always worried, if not scared, about labour and Paula taught me how a woman's body is perfectly designed to deliver a baby in the least painful way. I attribute my wonderful birthing experience to Paula and feel so much more empowered as a woman and have a new admiration for just how amazing the human body really is.
  Paula is a friendly, warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable woman and helps you through many different aspects of your pregnancy, even if it means referring you to another expert.
  I also made some wonderful friends in an extremely natural way. The fact that members of the classes are all at different stages of pregancy is really beneficial as you can see what different woman go through at different times and stages.
  I couldn't recommend Paula's class enough!
