  This home is a joke? they are supposed to be a care home which
  provides 24/7 care and nursing?
  yet they list all the medical conditions/disabilites they can handle
  and yet they turned my mother down because they can not shower
  her twice a day? which was not necessary (stated she showered twice
  daily when she lived at home)
  Manager is a joke will be getting in touch with the Owners to complain
  personally about what the Manager has said,
  Guess they won't be too happy that they have lost the income on that
  room because of the Managers lame excuse
