  Went in and ordered our wedding rings from here, Natalie was lovely and very helpful. We ordered as they said they'd have them out to us within 7-10 days.
  After over 2 weeks I rang to see what the delay was, it took me 2 days to get hold of them, when I did I was told there was a delay with my fiancés ring but my ring was ready and it'd be 2 more days, 2 days later I'd heard nothing so I called them, took another 2 days for them to answer my calls and emails bounced back. I finally got hold of them and they said it was a delay with my ring (not my fiancés this time). In total it took around 3 and a half to 4 weeks for us to finally get our rings.
  They are beautiful rings, which is the only reason I gave more than one star. But I would not use this jewellers again.
