  First service with Johnson's Skoda, Erdington. I am totally unhappy and disappointed with front desk staff service.
  
  1. The lady who booked my car for service did not inform me about the free collection service they offer, in fact she was keener on selling courtesy car option. When I asked about free collection service she told me that I did not ask about this when booking the service.
  2. The gentleman (I was told by the front desk staff that he is one of the managers) who checked my paper work while collecting car, got the wrong paper work and exposed other customer's personal information to me. He asked me to pay for service cost of the car that’s not even belonging to me!!!!. After "discussion" he got the correct paper work.
  
  I was totally appalled about the standard of customer service and professionalism I have seen with the staff.
