  Iv recently moved out from this property and have to warn you they are after your money but do not put money into their properties.
  The flat lacked windows due to how it is structured,so had to buy humidifier. There was mold everywere every corner by the tiny windows i had been hospitalised due to it and now i have asthma. I reported this sent images to estate manager who refused to do anything. I Reported it again and he said he will send someone to clean it. Came home from work to find only the kitchen was done well it was like a child had just cleaned it they didnt do anything as they promised. but the worker left all his mold tissues in my bin and floor and even left his half used bleached and on my kitchen counter had left over mold and tissues. They use young unprofessional men! Week after there worker was outside my flat and the woman above me also reported a problem with leaking he was standing outside my door on the phone to ahfields ...made me realise there is a problem with this building all together they try to fob you off and make you look crazy.
  My new estate agent who i am now with said they called ah fields for references but they wanted a fee in order to give a reference ! My new estate agent said it was really bad of them and found me a alternative method for a tenancy reference without paying ahfields.
  Its really bad to be honest, they profit alot and more every year as rent will increase and they do not put money into their broken buildings which need repairing and sorting. The estate manager should be really embarrassed but i doubt it, no shame at all . The building i lived in is covered in mold and damp and iv been here 4 years and have to say everyone has moved out and moved in and then out again! Being there 4years you have to expect wear and tear and they will deduct everything from your deposit !! Every lil thing. only know one neighbour who hasnt left but yet they have had maintenance come in their property every month.
  They charge around 250 to remove their sofas! They charge for everything.
  I was warned by my family member who used this estate agent how they will rip you off any how they even try get your deposit from you by any little thing. My stepdad they deducted from his deposit because of the toilet seat he changed it and shower curtain,that is how desperate these people are.
  Well i was right from the start.they have charged me 200 which will be deducted from my deposit for things such as " Light shades to be re-fitted" as they stated in the email... i didnt put the shades back on,their shades were broken and worn when i 1st moved in but were left neatly i brought my own new ones on and left theres neatly on the side when i left yet i got charged for that...I really think the estate manager actually needs help. I hate to say this as i am a Christian but the property manager/ah fields are disgusting human beings.
  Its disgusting and i will be reporting them legally as my family work in court.
  They are all about taking money not investing So many of my friends have had lil faults but clean and had their deposit. Just stay away from ah fields please i advise you
