  I contacted Gavin earlier this year to create an engagement ring after failing to find anything in high street stores. (Everything looks very similar). Having never gone through this process before I didn't really know where to start or even if my budget would allow a ring to be custom made but Gavin assured me that he would work to my budget.
  
  Initially, I gave him an idea that I thought my girlfriend would like. At the time I was very busy at work so the majority of the contact was done via email and over the phone as I couldn't get time off which was convenient for me. Gavin was very discreet making sure he only called when he knew my girlfriend wasn't around. I did visit the workshop to make some of the style choices where it was important to see details up close.
  
  Through every step of the process, Gavin kept me well informed. I trusted his suggestions and the final outcome was beyond what I imagined and the level of detail was incredible. Needless to say my fiance loves it, extra points for me because she can tell people I had it made for her.
  
  I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone thinking of popping the question. Now when I see rings in high street jewelers of a similar value, that I was previously considering, they just don't compare!
