  AVOID terrible experience wanted full head colour previous hair colour different tones was mentioned this colour will be removed then full hair colour applied second attempt failed still ginger tones showing not gone when bleached hair they were 3 tones did not even toned to one colour when asked to come back again put a darker ton and said it was advised it's a high maintainsnce colour (wrong never mentioned at all during service or even before ) was said yes colour will come on the second attempt applied darker was told keep washing by mouse toner shampoo conditioner spent extra money on all that used three times ginger tones come back when spoke to the manager there was told nothing she can do I said I ain't leaving it here she start talking about call your solicitors shops closed for you if I be seen there further action will be taken omg disgusting I gave £95 for nothing not a good service at all please avoid this shop rip off
