  I have worked for Eyears Birmingham for several years. I have found each member of staff to be polite, helpful and caring.
  When I have been contacted re work at a new placement the agency staff have explained exactly where it is and the best way to get there using public transport.
  If I have refused a placement there has never been a bad reaction from Eyears staff, just a query as to why which is very often distance for me.
  When I have had a problem,which isn't very often, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Eyears to discuss it. They are always ready to listen and I know they follow up if necessary.
  I am happy working for Eyears, Birmingham and would recommend the agency to anyone I knew looking for this sort of work.
