  Very bad service as i gone there today
  And DR KHALID
  ( I don't think he is a doctor)
  I told him look my hand is like broken as i can feel and i fall down he just checked my temperature and he said oh its nothing just eat this medicine he didn't even touched my hand or arm and he gave me a receipt for medicines

  This is probably the worst practice I have ever registered with.
  The admin staff are rude and arrogant and have no respect for patients. I can understand that it can get frustrating for staff on occasions but the girls here think that they are better than anyone else.
  You can never get an appointment and even I you do decide to queue for a walk in appointment your left waiting forever before your seen.
  When calling in via telephone they are rude too and hang up on you when they can't be bothered.
  They are not helpful at all and I in all honesty if it wasn't for my regular GP who I see I would not recommend this practice.
  Talking of the practice, it seems outdated and always in a mess. There's no privacy and the staff seem to chat away rather than helping patients. It's amazing how they probably can speak the language of patients and some pretend they can't speak any other language apart from English. I have personally over heard the girls in the admin team talk about patients and their ailments and this is clearly breaking data protection laws.
  There's no privacy at all and I dread to to imagine what these girls must be texting each other at night.
  If the surgery was rated in a way as schools are by OFSTED then I don't think they'd even meet the "needs improvement" category.
  Really wish the NHS stops funding places like these tagg have incompetent staff who choose to make fun of patients and share confidential data amongst themselves.
  Get a grip GP's and sort the admin staff out.
