  Bought diamond ring from DDD Aug 2017. Visited on recommendation of friends. Polite staff who took their time with us. I was kept updated and ring was delivered within promised timescale. Stone moved somewhat from original setting but DDD helped sort this for small price. Overall found them helpful and polite for first time experience of buying diamond ring. We both love the ring BTW - thank you!

  During the process of purchasing an engagement ring i visited multiple stores. Diamond Dealer Direct was the place i chose.
  
  I was dealt with by a salesman called Sonu who gave me more information than any other store about diamonds, ring design and what best suited our needs.
  
  I felt like i was being taught something rather than sold something, and never felt like i was being pushed to buy anything which i appreciated.
  
  After i placed my order, they were on time with the deadline i had and the finished product was beautiful.
  
  These employees know their stuff and best of all, they are one of the cheapest places you can go for diamonds due to them being a diamond wholesaler too.
  
  I would not recommend anywhere else - 5 stars

  Good experience and service. This review is over one month after purchase, no issues with settings.
  They helped us a lot with very quick turnaround on the resizing and final product over Christmas period.
