  Terrible Customer Service and ignorant staff!! I tried to get a door lock replaced/fixed after having locking issues with it; at first it wouldn't lock, then it did but the key does not come out. The engineer came and locked the door and took the key out and said it all seems okay. However, the problem is still there as it is an intermittent one. I called the company again and they had the audacity to say you did not tell us it was a 'periodical problem'. Well, I would expect a competent person to ensure the lock is checked properly, that means dismantaling it and checking to see whether it is broken or damaged. Now they want to charge me as I am out of warranty (the problem was initially reported when I was in warranty). I would not give them another dime for their totally incompetent and unprofessional service. Keep away from the cowboys!! One star is being given as I am unable to post this comment without it.

  If I could give minus stars I would. Absolutely AWFUL service. The windows are shocking. Got them installed in 2016 and have been out to fix them 20+ times and i kid u not that is no lie. Please, i urge anyone considering buying from here to go elsewhere. Or fit them yourself, you would probably do a better job. You cant even complain about them because all they say is "its under warranty for 15 years". They managed to put the windows in back to front, upside down, no seal attached. Its actually laughable how horrific they are. My bathroom curtain actually moves because of the wind being let in. Again, save yourself £15,000+ and either 1 dont have windows in your home (because thats what its like when amber windows installs anything) or 2 go somewhere decent. No one else should have to be put through this stress and pain.
