  My car would not start so called several taxi firms. Ambassador swore they could have a taxi with my by 8.30
  Rang them at 8.40 to ask where taxi .they told me it was one street away. Ten minutes late still no taxi so I rang again. The man said, oh we'll send one now!!
  Still no taxi so at 8.55 I rang again, only to be told the taxi was at my front door. I said ',it's not. I've been stood here looking for over half an hour'. They refused to believe me.
  At 9.25 a taxi turned up. He said he was given the job at 9.10
  So ambassador didn't give the job out until nearly 40 minutes after it was meant to arrive!!
  DO NOT USE AMBASSADOR. RUDE LIARS WHO DO NIT CARE AT ALL ABOUT PASSENGER'S.
  I will never ever use ambassador again.
