  I cannot thank Marcus enough... I have struggled with back problems for years now and was really worried that my 'training' life was over. I used to be into my weight training and boxing and gave all this up when my back went. I'd been to every Physio, Chiro, Osteo, trainer in my area but no one could diagnose the problem or help me to get strong again.
  
  I'd heard about Marcus' approach to training through a friend who had worked with him and I have to admit I was dubious having visited so many others before. He completely changed my life. He was attentive, really listened to the problems I was having, treatments I'd had and used focussed training to get me strong. He was also very patient and on the days when I just didn't feel strong he didn't push me but adapted the exercises time and time again so they became manageable.
  
  Unlike other personal trainers he didn't give up, he assured me consistently that we would work together to overcome my back problem and he did not lie. We've been working together for 6 months now and although I still get twinges now and then I feel like a completely different person. I won't stop either, I've seen what he can do and believe in his approach, he's making me a fitter person in general!
  
  As a trainer he has been transformational for me and I would recommend him to anyone, especially those who suffer with their backs and have given up hope of any breakthrough. Marcus you are one in a million and I can't thank you enough for fixing me :D
