  MY wife and I recently had a declaration under oath and a mariage certeficate translated to german by this absolute interpreting. we payed them in advance of course and recieved the translations. as we didn't have time to check the translation we sent it straight away to the german authorities. we recieved an email from them saying that the documents have too many translation mistakes that there is no way for them to accept it because it is so bad and improfessional. I contacted the translation enquiries and ended up having an argument with that guy who was trying to defend his company and the translator of the documents instead of just listening to my enquiry which was just correcting the mistakes as the last thing I wanted at that time was wasting my time that I never really have. anyway I send an email to the manager saying what happened , she answered by an apology and she even said that I will receive 50% of the fees refunded the thing which never happened. the problem is we ended wasting one month and a half with them and had the documents done and corrected three times. the last one was ok because it was me and my wife who spent some of our free time to highlight all the mistakes, corrected them and sent it to them and asked them to do it again and they did it as we said.
  all what I can say is the first time I thought maybe the problem was only an individual one frome the translator of our documents or maybe the bad customer service of the guy on the phone, but now I believe that even that manager who didn't keep her or his promise to refund 50% to us as a compensation is improfessional as she didn't answer to my last email.
  anyway that was the worst and improfessional experience we had ever. it's not personal but things must be said sometimes.
