  Very poor overall. When i visited i couldnt park and it took nearly 50 minutes driving through to reach the exit through traffic before getting to the exit. By that time the 10 minute grace period for exit had passed and the parking attendant had no sympathy. I was sternly told over the intercom that i had to reverse back and pay.
  
  On the same visit, i witnessed q park staff driving the q park van using a mobile phone.

  Absolutely terrible management. Allowing cars to just fill up in the car park when there are zero spaces left. Spent 25minutes driving round looking for a space that clearly want available causing me to miss an appointment at the cost of the NHS! All that was said was I can only offer my apologies. Someone needs to actually manage the inflow of cars and redirect them to other car parks before actually entering the car park. Where possible avoid this car park and get taxi/bus anything other than using this!!!
