  Long queues and not that great!! Weirdest setup I've ever seen for an ice cream stand. You queue for ages to place your order, they offer a dizzying array of ways to upsell you, they don't take cards (unless you're willing to pay extra for the privilege) and then you have to join another queue to collect your order. The ice cream is average at best and the staff aren't rude, but a friendly smile and a thank you would go a long way. The floor up has a Thornton's, I'm not saying the ice cream would be better but the service almost certainly would!
