  I bought a ring from Ernest jones, I changed my mind to return it for a full refund within a week where I was told by a deputy manager (Vicky) at the bullring store Birmingham I couldn't get a refund because it wasn't in pristine condition, she appeared very rude. I felt very upset to understand I was made to keep the ring once I had purchased it, they say you can return it within a month but mean otherwise once it's bought claiming any excuse but to not take it back from customer, please avoid shopping at these Ernest jones stores or read various online reviews first before making any payment. Your sure to not get your money back if you've had a change of mind regardless them telling you you cans return within 30 days
