  This hotel had everything we needed for a short break. The reception staff were friendly and polite from start to finish. In the Vista room we actually had a good view across Birmingham, and the large window lets in a lot of natural light. The bed was very comfy and there was enough space for all our things, including the handy space under the bed and unique wall hangers. The only slightly annoying thing was the wet room which had very dull lighting and I would have preferred some more light in there. There was also very convenient car parking close to the hotel which is cheap at weekends.
