  Amazing. Recommended some products based on my skin type and stopped me buying things I didn't need. No upselling, just thoughtful, sensible advice. I asked about products to refine my pores and she was super honest - "this will take a long time and it is hard work. Anyone who says they have a product that will solve this in a week or a month is telling lies." I could have spent loads more money than I did, but she literally told me off for wanting pore strips I don't need. I'll go every time I pass through Birmingham now. Pro-tip: CASH ONLY
